Why is myhotelshop changing its name?

myhotelshop has been committed on helping you get access to the most innovative strategies to drive higher direct bookings. As part of this commitment, we are now integrating into RateGain's marketing offering Demand Booster that is being built to address the new challenges marketing teams face in optimizing, scaling and managing better returns.

Will this offering be available to us as part of Demand Booster

Yes, this offering is available for hotels that use Demand booster for an additional cost

Will the prices change?

No, the contractually agreed prices remain the same.

What benefits will this change bring me?

myhotelshop will now be integrated into RateGain's marketing solutions allowing you and your teams access to a more advanced range of solutions across revenue management, distribution and guest experience. RateGain today has customers across 100+ countries helping your teams will always stay updated on the latest innovation in hospitality technology.

Are there any changes to the contact person I work with?

Your contact person will remain the same and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. The only change you should note is that the email ID from which they will correspond will change from myholteshop to rategain.com

Am I supposed to take any action at my end?

Yes, to ensure that there is no disruption in our communication - you will be required to opt in and give permission to RateGain to contact you. Our teams will start using the RateGain email ID in the coming months and your team should make sure that the RateGain address is whitelisted.

What will change in terms of invoicing?

You will receive your invoices as usual. The company name will soon be RateGain Germany GmbH. We will continue using myhotelshop GmbH until then. Your teams will be notified in advance when the company name will be changed

Do my login details for the reporting portal remain the same?

You can log in as usual with your existing login details.  However, the login page is changing. Please use the following link from now on: https://demandbooster.rategain.com/en/signin

Will there be any changes to my contract?

The conditions agreed in the contract remain unchanged.
